Every envelope is packed and posted from the United States. We deliver to addresses in the US and around the world.

When your envelope is posted

Each month's envelopes are prepared together. Subscriptions, skips and address changes made by the monthly cutoff (the 25th) apply to the next month's envelope; anything after the cutoff applies to the month after. Envelopes are posted in the last week of the month. If you subscribe after the cutoff, you can ask for that month's reading from your account at no extra cost; it is posted separately.

Delivery times

• United States: usually 3–5 business days after posting.
• International: usually 7–14 business days after posting, depending on the country.

Envelopes are sent by standard untracked post, which keeps postage low.

Postage costs

Postage within the United States is included in your plan price. Addresses outside the US pay an international postage charge, shown at checkout: $2 for the free first month, then $2 a month on the monthly plan, $7 per 6 months, or $12 per year. Any customs charges in the destination country are the recipient's responsibility.

Changing your address

Update your address in your account before the monthly cutoff and the next envelope goes to the new address. Gifts are posted to the recipient's address.

Missing or damaged envelopes

If your envelope hasn't arrived within 30 days of posting, or arrives damaged, write to us at hello@getlettersfromthestars.com. We'll send a replacement.
